1st July - Grace Designs. 4th July - Victoria Jackson Cosmetics. 9th July - Labels4London. 11th July - Monsieur Baron. 16th July - White Brothers. 25th July - The Book People (there will also be a harpist playing background music during the lunchtime period). Donations are made to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital from all the sales held in the XT atrium. Over £1,500 has already been raised this year so everyone's support is very much appreciated.

TERRORISM. The threat levels are still SEVERE for International terrorism. All Occupiers should remain vigilant and report anything suspicious to site security. Additional search procedures have been implemented and CCTV is operational and monitored 24/7 at Exchange Tower and Harbour Exchange Square.

02/01/2008Couriers Packages/Deliveries

All courier deliveries, special deliveries and daily mail is scanned and date stamped prior to distribution around the building. All Couriers delivering parcels to offices directly within the building must remove their helmets and sign the Courier Attendance log.

02/01/2008South Quay Station Relocation Works

Update on the DLR works to relocate the existing South Quay Station are as follows: Marsh Wall to be one way to traffic until further notice. The temporary entrance to Harbour Exchange Square is now located a few metres further along Marsh Wall (signage is in place). Traffic speed cushions are being installed on the Millharbour Bridge approach shortly to slow traffic down. These DLR works are due to take approximately 18 months.
